I always wondered what the text clips are… I promise I’ll be using those real soon. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time or money *2023-12-11, version 1.6.7* I got this app and opted to pay for the service because I work 10 hours a day and cannot post to my social media thru the day. Unfortunately, all it does is allow you to type out and get a post ready but then it reminds you to go and post. IT DOES NOT POST FOR YOU which is exactly what I got it for. I have to copy and paste everything which completely defeats the purpose. What a waste! I got several posts ready over the weekend and CinchShare not only did NOT post my content, it lost it. So it did not get posted. They should change their name to CinchLost because they lose your content in a cinch. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother. *2022-11-05, version 1.6.7* I downloaded it expecting to be able to have some free use. However in order to use the full app- you need a subscription that costs $17.00. That is something I am not willing to pay if it says it’s ‘free’ but needs a ‘subscription’ to use. ### 1/5 — Cancellation policies. *2018-04-27, version 1.0.20* Since Facebook has been updated, they no longer allow 3rd party posts therefore using this app it worthless if you use it solely for Facebook. Prior to this update, I had decided to be charged annually because it was cheaper for me than monthly. The unfortunate piece is that I was charged my annual fee, then I learned about the Facebook update. So, to cancel this service, I lose ALL of my money for the entire year when it just got charged at the beginning of my annual service. So they made $100 off of me and I can’t use the service the way I had been using it in the past. So, heads up before you do the annual option that if you cancel, then you lose it all. ### 2/5 — So easy to use, makes my business efficient *2023-10-18, version 1.6.7* I love using Cinchshare for my e-commerce business. The ability to schedule posts and stories on FB, IG, and Pinterest is amazing and I'm reaching so many new clients! The monthly free content is engaging and works across a broad spectrum of clients. Such an inexpensive tool that has huge payoffs in my business. ### 3/5 — Great when it actually works *2022-02-06, version 1.6.4* This is a fantastic tool to use to schedule posts but I find in the last 9 months I’ve had it, I have experienced not being able to post to my groups in Facebook 5 times… it is frustrating when you set everything up and then have to enter it manually. If they could fix this flaw I’d give it a 5 star! ### 3/5 — Difficult to navigate *2018-03-21, version 1.0.18* The app is great, when you can figure it out. But it is so difficult to understand and it is not very user friendly. I use it to post in event pages on Facebook. However, the correct events don’t always show up and when you have two different events you are trying to set up, it can be very confusing to know which event your posts are actually “pending” in.
