### 2/5 — Third Rate

*2026-07-13, version 8.10.2*

News comes 2-3 days late. Poorly edited. If a complete stranger read the paper, the only things that happened in Cincinnati was shootings, crime, and sports with ads for home improvement.

### 3/5 — Disappointing

*2026-05-10, version 8.9.0*

While I will continue to subscribe, the content of the newspaper edition is very disappointing. Superficial articles, too many adds. My subscribing is based solely on the need for the app and history of reading the newsprint each morning since age 5.

### 3/5 — Liberal slant

*2026-02-15, version 8.8.0*

We are giving you another try after cancelling a few years back due to your extreme anti Trump slant. We are hoping you are more moderate and present a variety of opinions in your editorials.

### 2/5 — I’m a subscriber

*2025-12-25, version 8.6.0*

Stop telling me an article is subscriber only. At this point I’m hitting Restore Purchase multiple times per week. Garbage.

### 4/5 — Excellence

*2025-12-15, version 8.6.0*

a fine example of a fair paper that waves in the breeze

### 2/5 — Send Feedback Link under Settings Doesn’t Work

*2025-12-13, version 8.6.0*

In general, a good website. But Send Feedback doesn’t work. Just comes up blank.

### 4/5 — Review

*2025-11-29, version 8.6.0*

The print edition online is great except for the Sunday edition which sometimes doesn’t contain the comics

### 2/5 — Loading issues all the time!

*2025-11-28, version 8.6.0*

Frustrating loading the app even with my brand new iPad. It’s always opening up to a sign in (small & at the bottom that doesn’t work). I have to force quit it and sometimes that works. Please figure out how to figure out this part of the experience better. If the epaper is really ready at 5am that would be great too!

### 4/5 — Cincinnati Enquirer

*2025-11-26, version 8.6.0*

Generally works well and is easy to use.

### 2/5 — I’m a subscriber

*2025-10-31, version 8.5.4*

Stop telling me an article is subscriber only. At this point I’m hitting Restore Purchase multiple times per week. Garbage.

### 5/5 — Enjoy Reading

*2025-10-20, version 8.5.4*

Stories are Abundant

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Would give zero stars if I could

*2026-07-04, version 8.10.2*

Login credentials not ever recognized.
States I need to login while I am logged in.
Wants me to subscribe even though I am a subscriber.

### 1/5 — Markup

*2026-05-19, version 8.10.1*

Since installing this app now markup brings blurry images in puzzles

### 1/5 — Would give zero stars if I could

*2026-05-06, version 8.9.0*

Login credentials not ever recognized.
States I need to login while I am logged in.
Wants me to subscribe even though I am a subscriber.

### 1/5 — Can’t get to news

*2025-11-29, version 8.6.0*

Have a subscription. Can’t read or see anything without watching stupid video adds. Either get rid of the need for a subscription or the never ending video adds. I’d like to keep my subscription to support local journalism but not going to deal with the continued frustration……Application is useless web version WAY better.

### 1/5 — Horrible service

*2025-11-14, version 8.6.0*

Trying to get the KY Enquirer that Ron subscribed for decades ago. The app won’t let me do this, and the chat person was clueless. I need to cancel, but am not able to do this. I need to stop with my credit card. Such terrible service.!

### 1/5 — Had a good app until

*2025-10-12, version 8.5.4*

You had a great app and now it seems you have abandoned it for this garbage, I will be canceling on Tuesday after Christmas can’t take it anymore.

Fred

### 1/5 — Teaser headlines but then need subscription

*2025-09-29, version 8.5.2*

Ugh!

### 1/5 — Terrible App

*2025-09-27, version 8.5.4*

Without fail, stories that are updated on the home page when clicked on go to the original content. High School Football scores always. So it is either the application or the creator falling short, like, always. Kudos on a terrible product.

### 1/5 — Changing format again

*2025-09-14, version 8.5.0*

Changed the format of the digital paper on the app again. Made it harder to scroll thru. But the ads are much larger and more intrusive now, so I’m sure that’s the intent.

### 1/5 — Paid for Subscription and can’t read it

*2025-08-17, version 8.1.0*

We are paid up through 2/26 and can’t not get e-newspaper. There is no way to contact anyone

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Good local newspaper

*2026-07-29, version 8.10.2*

The Enquirer is a very good local newspaper. We need their independent voice now more than ever.

### 5/5 — Great content

*2026-06-28, version 8.8.1*

Thank you for keeping this format going

### 5/5 — Morning News

*2026-04-25, version 8.9.0*

The morning paper is delivered every day before I search for it. It is great for keeping up with the local scene.

### 5/5 — The paper and its glory digitized

*2026-04-04, version 8.9.0*

It is always a joy to read The Enquirer. As much as I love the actual paper, the digital version is excellent, easy to navigate and adaptable to be consumed in the manner originally intended and in HTML format if one chooses. The journalistic quality is the backbone of it all, and one that would be hard to do without. Keep the great work, Cincinnati Enquirer Team!

### 5/5 — Cinti Enquirer

*2026-02-04, version 8.6.0*

I like your coverage of such a range of topics. I think the journalism and writing are good and topics are covered a lot of depth. I really appreciate the Cinti Enquirer. The app makes it easy to compare papers. For a city of our size, we have a great paper.

### 5/5 — Sports

*2026-02-03, version 8.6.0*

When I am out of town, Shannon Russell keeps me up to date on the Muskies. She does a great job!

### 5/5 — News

*2026-01-23, version 8.6.0*

You could remove the tv guide in Sunday’s paper, especially since it’s in there twice.

### 5/5 — Excellent App

*2026-01-05, version 8.6.0*

I enjoy reading the Enquirer more on my iPad than with the newspaper I used to get. I can make the print bigger, print articles I am interested in. It is a good value.

### 5/5 — Great paper

*2025-11-30, version 8.6.0*

Excellent

### 5/5 — Great local paper & website

*2025-11-04, version 8.5.4*
