It gets two stars because it finally took my money and I didn’t get a parking ticket or towed. Please finish the app. Make the forms recognizable to password and credit card management tools. Add ApplePay and make things word more smoothly and quickly. I reached out to support for help and followed all steps they provided with no luck. Why? I have lived in CIncy majority of my life. So I will always remember having to keep running downstairs if I was downtown to pay the meter. Man that use to be a hassle. Parking downtown can stress you out. The possibility of getting a parking ticket or towed. I love this app for that one factor, convenient like a Mo.
