I am a super movie fan and was excited to become a platinum member. I must say the app/website is one of the least friendly apps I’ve experienced. I’ve had to work with the staff at blvd cinemas (who have been wonderful & patient) on at least 3 occasions to get it to accept my member and credentials.

I’m going to be completely honest and transparent here. There’s no theater chains that I adore more than cinema West I will 100% of the time choose a cinema West theater over any other theater. Zero comparison they get five stars they get 11 stars as a theater chain. But whoever is in charge of the app needs to be quickly Schon the door This is a abomination. It is embarrassing. This is state of the yard 1999. There is no argument you can make that this app does anything other than frustrate people and force them into fandango or AMC or Cinemark. If the only exposure I had to this theater was their app, I would never walk through their doors… Ever come on. I’ve been complaining about this at the theater level for years tonight fiasco was unnecessary and is the type of experience that makes you lose a customer forever. But my loyalty to the brand is true. So I drove 17 miles to the theater to fix the problem so that my son and his friend could go to your app is a piece of junk. Please please please I employ your get rid of whoever is telling you that this thing works. Because it doesn’t. Someone is a stakeholder in a Neuberger. Show them the door, hire a real tech development, team, and get an app that’s Worthy of the best theater chain in the country!


I have a proposal. Why doesn’t one of the executives, the counsel or head of marketing invite me to their offices in Petaluma and let me show them in person how terrible the app is. No matter what you’re being told by your development team they’re full of it and and overly invested in their own skills or lack there of. This may sound personal, but it is. Ruined our night the other night if I tell you what happened you won’t believe it, but it happened. And various employees of of the theater told me they have complaints about the app every single day, but nobody in the main office ever listens. 

I can’t imagine how that can happen in a company. Your own employees try to tell you something but you ignore them.

Well, here’s one of your best customers, I only Theater. But I absolutely totally despise your app. And it makes me furious.

I’m utterly furious that I have to rate at least a star. Could talk about this fraudulent app for years. Unusable and inexcusable. Nonsense through every second in my usage with this program.

I love this theater and I’m glad it reopened, the only issue I have is when I pay with my debit card.  I bank with navy federal and I called them immediately about this issue and the problem is not with them it’s the system the theater uses.  I am not the only one suffering with this.  I spoke with someone at the establishment and they said their was nothing they could do. They mentioned that other customers were having this same problem.  If someone from the “IT” department could fix this it would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you very much.
