App crashes immediately when you try to sign up through app - which is the only way you can sign up. No process available online. Fix this? You’re losing money because of a simple UX problem.

Also app is supposedly incompatible with my computer? Doesn’t make any sense. Another thing that needs fixing.

I repurchased the subscription but denied access to watch. 
I contacted to Cinémoi but no responses.

Disgusting service.

Choosing either of the sign-up options (2.99 monthly vs annual) causes the app to crash on both my iPhone and iPad… please resolve!
