I bought one of the first CINEMOOD projectors and I still can’t stream anything and don’t even enjoy it because it every time I go to use it I can never get it to work so I just get frustrated and put it away until the next time I want to get frustrated by trying to actually use it.

Can’t sign into the app and without the app the projector is useless.  Several emails to customer service and no response. No listed customer service phone numbers are accurate.

Not only does the app always have problems (won’t even let me sign in currently) but the cinemood itself never works either. I have tried to connect with customer service and never hear back. What a waste of money.

We love our CINEMOOD tv and this app has been really helpful. It’s very convenient and easy to use. The buttons on the device are great and easy. But this is nice when you don’t want to get up. Lol my kids love it and my oldest can easily use my phone when he needs to change something.

The app does make navigation easier but all in all is a clunkier interface than I would like. I bought this for my 8 year old and she has a hard time using this device. I was hoping this would be something she would independently be able to utilize. She does need me to assist. Could be more user friendly, but glad that I have the app and do not have to solely rely on the buttons on the actual device.

My review is not about an app but the device Cinemood itself. It’s amazing! We had a first version which recently “traded-in” into a new 2021 TV one and kids just love it! It’s now projected onto a wall with a great quality, I can’t express how excited is our boy (and happy parents). It’s pricey, yeah, but it worths it! I’d highly recommend it to my friends, it’s much better than iPad or TV (we still don’t abuse it though, max 1h before going to bed is a good deal!)

I just received my CINEMOOD & was so excited to set up & get started. The app was useless & the menu is sparse. How is anyone supposed to know how to navigate this device?? The manual inadequately describes the device, so I was really hoping the app would be easier to figure out. And we shouldn’t have to contact customer support to figure out how to use the device- that’s even more work than I want to do!👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

We live our Cinemood and navigation with recent update became much smoother. 
No issues with Bluetooth connectivity. 
Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney + navigations are super easy with the app. 
YouTube is still a little confusing as navigation is different than in other streaming services and you have to switch your brains. And also there is no way to change keyboard language in YouTube search, but hopefully they will fix it soon too!
