We reached 4:35 PM at the theatre, made us to wait for 25 minutes in Q, slowly they check the QR code that we entered screening area by 5 PM. By that time movie was already running. The Arab national staff standing there like they are not bothered in ensuring the customers entry into hall before movie start, else they should have delayed the starting of show till all gets into hall. Lost the entertainment. Check for other screens if you want to enjoy the movie completely. Also no complaint raising option in this app. They should bring such option in this app to know the customers inconvenience for future improvement.
