This is concerning as we purchased these cameras to monitor our property. This app is terrible. Defeats the purpose for purchasing. ### 2/5 — Subscription needed for easy downloading *2026-08-05, version 3.4.0* SD card recordings were able to be downloaded directly to my phone until bird watching subscription ended. Now I can’t download any recordings. Not interested in paying just for downloading and having cloud storage. ### 1/5 — Firmware update just killed bird feeder from SD card *2026-08-01, version 3.4.0* New firmware in birdfeeder just killed the ability to see videos from SD card.
