Now I can’t download any recordings. Not interested in paying just for downloading and having cloud storage. ### 2/5 — Does not detect motion *2026-07-30, version 3.4.0* Does not detect motion and no area to cancel on app or how FAQ to cancel. I had to pay for a plan because the app would only allow me to see certain captured events and now just days after i buy a plan my whole system has crashed. i woke up to a notification and went to see it and the app had completely crashed. i couldn’t see anything it wouldn’t even load my live feeds just kept giving me error messages and kept logging me out of my account. it then told me i had no devices connected to the app even though i have 2 cameras. i uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and that made it worse. it won’t except my password even after changing it. it won’t let me do the verification code with my email. it won’t let me do anything. these bugs don’t happen much on my end but when they do they are a major pain. ### 3/5 — Not loading up *2026-07-18, version 3.3.5* The app was working fine until up too a month ago, wont let me login and see the camera footage ### 3/5 — Great except the working indicator light *2026-07-17, version 3.3.5* So I mostly have been pretty satisfied with this (no subscription) except the freaking blue indicator light doesn’t stay off. The app will indicate it’s turned off, but it lights up again 18-24 hours after being once again disabled. Please fix this! ### 3/5 — Recent bug fixes have helped *2026-07-07, version 3.3.5* SD card recordings are unable to be downloaded or shared like they used to be. Other than that, this is a well designed easy to use app. I’ve noticed in recent days, the app stopped identifying when a bird has visited. So, I have to scan every video to find birds. I also wish there was a feature to stop recording when wind is just blowing the bird feeder back and forth generating excessive video clips. Also, with the auto time zone set to ON, the timestamp on each video does not match the correct timestamps displayed in the video listings. They are different by 8 plus hours. ### 2/5 — Formatting the Sd card *2026-07-03, version 3.3.5* The was working fine until the free subscription ended. Now it won’t save anything. I put an SD card in, formatted it and it said card was formatted but when trying to save images to it I got a message saying I had to format the card again. I reformatted the card 3 times so for but I get the message-card needs to be formatted. I give up. ### 3/5 — Has potential. *2026-05-29, version 3.2.5* I’d like to see Face ID/PIN to open the app. I’ve had previously recorded footage disappear. ### 3/5 — Great Camera/Bad Ai Identification *2026-05-27, version 3.2.5* The camera/notifications are amazing, but the Ai bird identification is horrible. Also g as you’re not counting on the Ai to identify the type of bird, this feeder is great. ### 3/5 — Good product. App needs work, it’s fine but needs some QOL features. *2026-05-26, version 3.2.5* Please add an option to turn on night vision permanently on for the C2U camera and also a dark theme mode for the app. I keep the camera in my pet enclosure and although there is no infared red light to scare my pet, every time the night vision turns ok it makes loud click and it scares him. If I can keep it on always it would be perfect. ### 4/5 — Love Cinmoore *2026-05-23, version 3.2.5* I have multiple Cinmoore cameras for security and to check on my pets when I’m working. Easy set up and pretty easy app to use. I haven’t figured out if the login has 2F yet, but if not, please think about letting us set up 2 factor! ### 1/5 — App is awful *2026-05-17, version 3.2.5* I’m the secondary on our account. Everything has worked perfect for about a day. Then, it deleted everything off my app and says there are no devices associated with my account. Logging out and back in does nothing. I even deleted and re-downloaded the app. Nothing. “No devices connected” even though I’ve been pulling up each camera’s feed for the last 24 hours or more. And it’s useless to have the stupid cameras if you can’t access the feed. ### 1/5 — Full of ads *2026-05-14, version 3.2.5* The last update put a big red banner right on your video feed advertising their cloud service and there is no way to get it off your video feed. ### 1/5 — Declining app quality, not usable anymore *2026-05-03* SD card recordings are unable to be downloaded. It says we must subscribe to a cloud storage plan. This makes no sense. The full view/landscape/sideways screen control does not work when watching recordings. Sometimes turning the phone sideways will change it to full view, but only rarely. It’s as if that feature is not loading into or not staying in memory. Also, the app support website is only in Chinese which I’ve reported to Apple, so it cannot support English and reporting a bug is impossible. This app has declined badly since last year. It really is not usable for the purposes I needed it for. I now need to purchase a new bird feeder that does not use this app. ### 3/5 — Excessive Login Required *2026-04-13* Latest updates have caused users to have to log in and agree to terms every time they access the camera. Please fix. ### 2/5 — Randomly logging me out now *2026-04-13, version 3.0.13* Used to be more reliable. I recently paid for a year membership for live videos and “privacy”. As soon as I pay $30 I start experiencing issues with the app. It used to sometimes lag but now it’s saying my session timed out whether I log in with a code or with my password. Super annoying. I updated to the last update and it didn’t fix the issue. App doesn’t have a HELP button or anywhere to report this issue. This is concerning as we purchased these cameras to monitor our property. This app is terrible. Except for one time they refuse to respond to my messages, and have resolved nothing. We can’t change it in app or cancel it. The subscription with the app doesn’t show up through Apple; YET, Apple charged us and tried to charge other cards in my Wallet. Somehow they got ahold of my husbands card which isn’t even connected to my Apple wallet—but now Apple is trying to charge him too.
