The company will not allow you to submit for unauthorized Cinnabon locations. even if you use receipts that you bought a bun , coffee etc . 3. Clumsy app. You need to understand and spend 20 -40 minutes to understand how to use it. Plus complex specials , “if you get this with beverage !”( fine print, that is on of three out of 20). 4. Company doesn’t allow for mistakes if you miss something on the app. They will look for anything to deny you points. Save your time don’t reach out. 5. Locations get order long after you submit. Combine this with little understanding of the app by store personnel… Do you have a disaster? If you want to make an order before hand it’s fast & easy but accessing your rewards and simply opening the app isn’t. I had a rewards for a free bun but couldn’t use it because the app would say “Rewards & Offers Information Is Not Available Right Now”.
