It could have at least said what was wrong with my application or tell me what error I had ### 1/5 — Nothing but issues *2026-06-18* Used Coinstar for years and I’ve had nothing but issues trying to get gift cards. I’ve gone to 5 different places in my town and after $31 it rejects all my coins back. I’ve called the company countless times and still having issues. The 4 prior times they resolved the issue by the time I was off the phone with customer service. This time they said could take 3-5 business days which is obsurd. No real reason given and the fact that they don't just credit the account is bogus. Hold on though because I called the next day to say how unhappy i was about all this he told me he had "Good news!" That they verified I deposited the money so they'd be issuing a refund but hold on again it's coming via paper check lololol. I'm not done yet tho when asked how long this process is gonna take he told me 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS!!!! I'm a near daily user and the amount of money I've paid in fees (22-25% despite it not telling you this at all and there's no cap on that BTW) means absolutely nothing.
