## What is Cippo?

CIPPO is the family app for neurodiversity, mental health and child
wellbeing — built so parents can arrange their child's care from their
phone, in a few taps.

Browse and Book

Explore the full CIPPO catalogue: School Inclusion, one-to-one sessions,
assessments, workshops and seasonal programs. Every service shows what it
covers and what it costs before you commit. Choose your practitioner, pick
in-person or online, and book from real availability — no phone calls, no
waiting for a reply.

Your Family, Organised

Keep every child's profile and intake details in one place, and add a
guardian so another parent or carer can see and manage bookings too.

Manage Bookings

See what's coming up and what's past. Need to move a session? Request a
reschedule from the app. Something changed on the practitioner's side?
Respond to their proposed time without leaving the booking. Cancellations
can be requested the same way.

Wallet and Payments

Top up by card or bank transfer, spend your balance on any service, and
review a full transaction history whenever you want to check where things
stand. Refunds can be requested directly from your wallet.

Stay in Touch

Message your child's care team directly — send photos, documents and voice
notes, and get a notification the moment they reply. Session reminders
arrive the same way, so nothing gets missed.
