About
Caffeine tracker and sleep coach. Log coffee and energy drinks, see how many milligrams are still active in your body, and get the hour of your last safe cup — so tonight holds.
Most trackers count the cups you drank. Cira counts what is left: caffeine climbs for about 45 minutes, then leaves at a rate set by your own metabolism, not by an average adult. Between a fast metabolism and a slow one, the difference is hours of sleep.
WHAT YOU SEE FIRST
• Active caffeine right now, in milligrams
• The hour after which a normal cup starts costing you sleep
• Whether tonight holds, and when you will be clear
• The whole day as one curve: where the peak was, where it goes next
TUNED TO YOU
Smoking clears caffeine almost twice as fast. Contraceptives and pregnancy slow it down. After 65 it slows again. Cira applies all of it, and if you know your own half-life you can set it by hand.
BEFORE YOU DRINK
Check any drink at any hour before you pour it. Cira puts tonight with it and without it side by side. The log-it-anyway button never disappears: the job is to name the price, not to take the choice away.
WHO IT IS FOR
People who drink coffee after lunch and then lie awake. People cutting down who want to see what changes. People who take an energy drink before training — and get up early.
FREE FOREVER
Logging drinks, active caffeine right now, tonight's verdict, your last safe hour, the daily curve, metabolism speed and your bedtime.
PREMIUM
The before-you-drink check for any drink and hour, the full physiology model, the hours your caffeine is actually working, history beyond a week, your own drinks, and a reminder before your last cup.
Cira gives an estimate, not a medical diagnosis. It uses a standard one-compartment pharmacokinetic model with first-order absorption. That is a good approximation, but no app can measure your blood. See a doctor about sleep problems.

What's New in Cira
1.1.2
September 13, 2026
The cutoff reminder is free for everyone now. Cira warns you before the cup that would cost you sleep — once a day, never more. The widget no longer gets stuck on an old number: it stays correct for a full day, even when iOS never wakes it. Getting started takes four screens instead of seven, and a day without caffeine finally shows on the daily curve as a flat line rather than an empty chart.
