Doesn't take my zip code as if I don't know where I live. That's fine I'm not paying an check fee or credit card fee very poor app. I'd give 0 stars if I could. It’s absolutely horrible. Makes me wanna move and not have this HOA anymore because they use such a gouging horrible third party to collect dues. $14.95 fee to pay by credit card…...GFY ### 1/5 — Massively outdated *2021-07-12, version 1.7.25* The app equivalent of a toddler that uses the potty once and says “checked that box”, then returns to crapping their pants. Doesn’t scale to modern phones. When you have more than 2 items in your work inbox, you can’t scroll down to the others, it rubberband snaps back to the top. ### 1/5 — If Office 97 was an app *2021-03-12, version 1.7.21* This app is pretty bad. It does little for a tenant of a community run by a property management company and more for them it seems. I groan even having to figure out how to submit for a repair or violation and basically phone it in. This app is bad enough it makes me consider the choices of the property management company. If you have to use it then this is it. There isn’t even a community bulletin board for our and the previous system we used - also dated was 10x better. I really dislike this app and feel bad for whoever thought this looked good. ### 1/5 — Payment screen does not display *2021-03-01, version 1.7.19* This app is useless. You cannot make payments because only half of the payment screen displays. Completely littered with confusing UI, no consideration for device sizes, and forces landscape mode for multiple views for no reason. The positives - the desk top version has tremendous capability and I love the ability to see scans of invoices and review accounts at a forensic level. The negatives - Nothing in it really works, the whole system is glitchy and unreliable, sometimes tabs work sometimes they don’t, the classic version seems far more stable, but the newer version is terrible and very buggy. Feels like someone’s school project. What is even more frustrating is there is no dedicated help line I can call up when I’m having issues, I get referred to property manager. You guys need some dedicated lines….cos property managers are busy, it’s not their job and most of the time it’s an issue with your system. Not very impressed, but don’t have much choice but to use, or try to. ### 1/5 — Archaic Application *2023-10-28, version 1.7.35* Is this application from the early 2000s? Its archaic and crashes constantly. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2023-10-24, version 1.7.34* Consistently drops my password so I have to request a password reset. Drops facial recognition. You can’t update your password via the app. Reset password via the website and now I’m locked out. ### 1/5 — The worst *2023-10-09, version 1.7.33* Log in and reset password buttons are the same color, in a wrong order. I can see people trying to log in and pushing the wrong button and have to reset the password. I found the app useful before but a little clunky. Now it is awesome! ### 5/5 — Flexible and Powerful *2019-07-19, version 1.7.15* This app provides many, though not all of the features available in the full web version. It’s very convenient for using on the go. I especially like the map feature. For community managers using the platform, it’s a must-have. The recent addition of CiraMail is a really big plus. ### 4/5 — Incomplete Info *2025-03-26, version 1.4.47* I am using this mobile app for a POA. I am on the board and have management access, however, the content on the web based site is a much better and more detailed forum. The app sometimes stops mid sentence when you are reading details. I also don’t know if residents can use this app or if it is only for management. I would say it’s a good quick at a glance option, but not for full details. ### 4/5 — RealManage App *2017-08-01, version 1.7.0* App is great to use when you need info quickly. You can access tons of information about any home with your HOA. The problem(s) with it are 1. Management infrequently view the site. 2. Violation areas are pretty vague, not very specific 3. Training opportunities for board and homeowners not readily available, especially for the home owners. The majority of our homeowners don’t even know this exists 4. Hasn’t improved the service to our community 5. No follow up 6.
