## What is Circa?

Plan a date that feels considered.

Circa turns context, interests, and intention into a complete date night. A few real stops, a pace that fits the conversation, and a quiet backup for the moment the night needs to pivot.

It is built for the moment after the match, when two people already want to meet and the planning is the part that is hard.

WHAT YOU GIVE
- The city or neighborhood you want to plan in
- A sense of the vibe: cozy, lively, cultural, romantic
- The taste signals that matter to you: quiet, warm, curious, low pressure
- A few things to avoid (loud rooms, crowds, touristy spots)

WHAT YOU GET
- One date plan on one screen: title, concept, and a clear arc
- Stops with time, venue, reason, and walking notes
- A map and a walkability summary
- One backup plan for when the weather or the night shifts
- A short follow-up message you can send the next day

WHAT CIRCA IS NOT
- Not a dating app. There is no public profile, no swiping, no matching.
- Not a guarantee. Always verify hours and reservations before you go.
- Not selling your data. Most of what Circa knows stays on your device.

PREMIUM
Premium is not available yet. The Premium screen lets you join a waitlist so we can tell you when it is. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase.

PRIVACY
- Onboarding preferences, current plan, and saved plans live on your device.
- The plan brief is sent to our backend (Vercel) and the AI model (Anthropic) to generate the plan, then returned to you.
- An anonymous device identifier is used to enforce a fair-use limit. We do not store your raw IP address.
- A Premium-waitlist email, if you submit one, is stored on our side until you ask us to remove it.
