Circadian Coach helps you explore your daily rhythm through circadian planning, reflective logging, and guided wellbeing activities.

Discover suggested windows for focus, recovery, movement, and rest. Record sleep, energy, mood, stress, and daily routines, then observe how your patterns evolve over time. Explore interactive circadian and traditional organ-cycle views designed for personal reflection and routine planning.

Receive personalized wellbeing suggestions and explore Helix and Bio-Resonance through symbolic, reflective, and gamified experiences.

• Diary & Wellbeing Progress
Log sleep, mood, energy, stress, and routines. Follow your journey through progress systems, XP, Chakra, achievements, and trophies.

• Breathe, Focus & Move
Access guided breathing sessions, relaxation tools, movement activities, audio experiences, and the Astral Flow focus game.

• Optional Apple Health Integration
With your permission, Circadian Coach can read supported Apple Health data such as steps, sleep, heart rate, resting heart rate, and HRV. You remain in control of permissions in the Health app.

• Local Daylight and Weather Context
Optional approximate location can be used to calculate local sunrise, sunset, moon phases, and weather context.

• Privacy-Conscious by Design
Core diary and wellbeing data remains on your device unless you explicitly enable optional cloud features. Cloud backups are encrypted on your device before upload. Account, multiplayer, weather, purchases, and synchronization services use only the data necessary to provide those optional features.
