## What is Circadian Planner?

Circadian Planner helps you understand your day or night as one calm next step instead of a spreadsheet.

Plan around sleep, light, focus blocks, meals, travel, faith-time preferences, and shift patterns without forcing every detail onto the first screen. The Clock tab starts with a low-cognitive-load Right Now card; daily brief, task spotlight, circular clock, agenda, and permission-aware recommendations sit behind an optional details section.

Key features:

- Start with one clear Right Now card for day or night use, with deeper rhythm details available on demand.
- Highlight important tasks near the top of the app instead of burying them in settings.
- Build day/night shift patterns, including 0-day or 0-night states, from a simple low-effort control path.
- Use local location permission for daylight and faith-time calculations when enabled.
- Review permission status for Location, Calendar, Reminders, and Health access.
- Open Settings when iOS requires the user to re-enable denied permissions.
- Use a focus timer and local schedule suggestions without creating an external account.
- Restore purchases and refresh subscription access through StoreKit.
