## What is CircadiaOS?

CircadiaOS adjusts your bedroom temperature through the night, automatically.

Your body temperature isn't constant while you sleep. It drops as you fall asleep, stays low through your deepest sleep, and rises again before you wake. A thermostat held at one number all night works against that.

CircadiaOS builds a temperature curve for your night and drives your smart thermostat to follow it. Connect a wearable and the curve adapts to your own recorded nights instead of a general model.
