Only issue I found so far is it didn’t pick up daylights savings. So every time you check in you have to buy a new subscription. I will be reporting this scam to Apple. This seems like a shady business if you won’t tell customers that the app costs $40 a year until after they captured your name and email address. I think the idea behind this app is a very good one for people who live alone. In case of incapacitation it provides a way for family members or other contacts to be alerted automatically. Then in a week’s time I dropped a tree branch on my head almost knocking me unconscious and I experienced a partial airway blockage from one of those stupidly large pills. It was clear I needed an option for daily checking in. I choose this app and it’s worked great. I listed my mother and brother as contacts and each day they get texted after I’ve used the app. They’ve both expressed how it brought them peace of mind that I do this.
