However, diaper changes and baby feeding will occasionally be deleted by the app. Frustrating, to make it more annoying is reviews have pointed out this bug, but the app has not been updated in over a year. ### 3/5 — Deleted entries *2023-05-28* As much as I want to love this app, there’s nothing more frustrating that saving a bunch of feeding entries to track breast feeding only for them to disappear completely. I added a new entry and then suddenly all the others were gone and this was the only one for the day! However, multiple of the feedings and diaper changes disappear from the log randomly. Most of the time it’s permanently gone, and rarely it shows back up. But I primarily used it for tracking feedings and diaper changes, but one morning I woke up to half my tracking for my newborn deleted… I thought to myself that maybe it was a one time thing, but then I went to log a breastfeeding session and noticed half the feedings of the day are gone along with the diaper tracking. Seemed the perfect tool to track in real time all the newborn baby items you need to track. ONLY if freezes up for many hours at a time every 3rd or 4th time you go to input data. Very annoying if you’re relying on this all (on very little sleep) to track everything!! If it actually worked reliably seems like a great tool but now downloading a new app to replace this. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Randomly Deletes Data *2024-04-26* The app would be great if it were reliable. We used it predominantly to track feeding and diaper changes. However, we often ran into issues where it would randomly delete data you added. Sometimes it would delete immediately or sometimes hours later. It was frustrating but we dealt with it. We kept using it religiously for months but randomly the app deleted ALL of our data that we had tracked for 6 months this week. I would have used a different app if I had known there were so many issues. This is a known issue and if you look at the update history, you’ll see that there haven’t been updates in a year so bug fixes aren’t imminent. ### 1/5 — doesn’t save diaper tracker stats sometimes and breast feeding stats *2023-10-19, version 4.0.1904* extremely upset because it randomly deletes what i have already tracked and it’s done this multiple times! i am heavily relying on this information so i will have to use a different app ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2021-12-05* Most of the time app doesn’t open and gets stuck on the main Circle with Providence page. This app is ONLY for pregnant women, there is no option to edit to let the app know you are NOT pregnant. It also includes a breastfeeding/feeding tracker (by side or oz) so if your little one doesn’t wake up to eat you can track that they’re getting enough. Also has a potty tracker to make sure they’re going frequently enough. Similar to most apps like this it gives weekly updates about what to expect in development and reminders of when vaccines are due (would be cool if it synced with patient charts but I’m sure there’s some HIPAA reasons that it doesn’t). Now that my baby’s almost one, I’m finding the various articles helpful since I can search by topic. ### 5/5 — So helpful. *2018-05-14, version 2.2.5* Genuine and easy to use. There is a vast amount of information and resources made available throughout the app which is very reassuring for this first time mom. However I have noticed that after I save a feeding and close the app it looses the most current feeding. Hopefully this glitch will get fixed with the next update because I really do love being able to track my newborns input and output. ### 4/5 — Need much work *2018-08-19* After we study and making all the choices about my birth plan for my baby with my OB, the information was not accessible to the nurse at the hospital. The process was great if it was implemented. The circle birth-plan is not integrated with the hospital where we have birth. ### 4/5 — Great app to help with baby's development! *2017-02-09, version 1.90* I love Providence and all of the ways they offer for you to keep up on you and your baby's health through their MyChart and Circle apps. The only thing I've noticed that needs fixed is the the week-by-week and month-by-month articles that pop up at the top of the app do not correspond to my baby's actual age; for instance, it will say "Your baby is 5 months!" but when I click to read the article, it opens the article for 6 months so I've missed all the information for how old my son actually is. Please fix this and I'd happily rate 5 stars! ### 3/5 — Convenient but loses data *2023-09-10* So nice to have all the trackers, but there’s an issue in the app where it sometimes does not sync the tracker entries. This has happened for me in kick count and diaper trackers. It does not happen all the time, but periodically there will be new entries that do not appear on my other device. There is no indication of an issue after saving the new entries, but on subsequent app launch on the device that saved the entry, 1 or more entries will be gone. Overall so nice to have everything together.
