Never fails I get deep in And the whole app freezes and have to exit/close and reopen app. Lost many a posts to one oops touch on my phone! You really NEED a draft mode!!! Fix those issues and I’ll change my rating! The app is messy ,hard to navigate. Asking questions people only give generic advice that we already know. Have done several of the challenges and it’s all common sense stuff, not helpful. The app isn’t designed to connect people or build community. Seems like it’s all people suffering, asking the same questions and getting no real answers. ### 1/5 — Lock it in portrait mode *2026-08-14, version 3.94.0* Update Ok, this might be limited to one video: How To Memorize Songs. I haven’t tested that video on any other device. If you view a recording and if your phone tilts and makes it go into landscape mode, the audio mutes and it won’t reset until you kill the app and restart. Sometimes the video stops completely. Sometimes the app just hangs. Since a lot of the community I’m in is for viewing instructional videos, the app is pretty worthless in its current state. I had trouble with Safari as well. The video’s just don’t play at all. It at least works in safari on my Mac. And if you’re the account administrator I hear it’s ungodly expensive. ### 1/5 — App goes dark *2026-07-06, version 3.92.0* When watching a video in the Circle app, if I pause video & navigate to another app or answer a phone call and navigate back to the video the video is dark and will no longer play and I have to completely close down the app and it loses my spot in the video. It would also be nice if the app would remember between PC and mobile device where you were at in the video (same login) instead of having to start all over with the video. First time I have ever used this app and overall, I am not impressed at all. ### 1/5 — Not working *2026-06-13, version 3.90.0* I went to use it and sent for a link number but still can’t get on. It stays on link page and says no communities available. ### 1/5 — Bad notification logic *2026-05-26* Few issues. When you receive a string of push notifications about the same conversation and you tap one of them, only that tapped notification is removed and not the whole group. This is not expected behaviour. For instance, on WhatsApp or iMessage chats if you tap one of the notifications and open the thread, the whole previous group of push notifications are removed. Which makes sense, as you’ve now seen the content. The second issue relates to how the app shows that thread. It opens to the chosen message, but below all of those messages will be previously seen messages which were often sent days before. ### 1/5 — NO OPTION TO ADD EVENT TO CALENDAR!!! *2026-05-22, version 3.89.0* BAD!!! VERY BAD!!! IF I’M RSVP’ING TO A BUNCH OF EVENTS IN MY COMMUNITIES, I SHOULD BE ABLE TO EASILY HAVE A FRIENDLY BUTTON THAT ALLOWS ME TO ADD TO WHATEVER CALENDAR I DESIRE!!! AND DON’T TELL ME TO DOWNLOAD AND IMPORT ICS FILES; THAT IS SO INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING!!!
