And latest version has too many issues. Customer service takes forever to respond. Going on 5 days for a response. ### 2/5 — Carwash under repair? *2026-04-11, version 4.0.4* I read reviews saying this place has a good monthly deal on car washes except their car wash is always under repair and not many circle k stops even have a car wash. This is extremely frustrating specially since not all Circle K’s even have a car wash. The price is decent and it is worth it only IF/WHEN car washes are actually open/working. May 2026 UPDATE: After my first 3-Star review a developer answered with a phone number giving me some hope… Nope; when I called they were very nice but there was no “solution”. All she did was “note the issue” regarding car washes often being down or closed. No improvement. No credit. Nothing to make my experience any better. I’m still living with the frustration of about 6 out of 10 times not being able to wash my car… Will I keep the membership? Maybe. Like I said, it is nice when it works. May 28, 2026 UPDATE AGAIN NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. This time I used a carwash at another location which STOPPED in the middle of the wash leaving my car full of soap. I went inside and a very incompetent employee simply TEXTED her manager. They wanted to give me a refund except they couldn’t because I have a subscription (which she had no idea it was a thing). I told her someone can go a reset the car wash so I can run the car again but she had no idea how to do that and the manager over text didn’t either. She then said I could wait until 11pm (45 minutes) for someone to come. I ended up having to drive 20 minutes out of my way to find another carwash with the hopes that I would work… To my surprise it did. ### 1/5 — Carwash app failed for iOS *2026-05-08, version 4.1.0* Try to reach out can’t find the real person to speak to about my app not working properly went to two car washes and the managers say they can’t help but yet then the app says that Manager’s on site have a special code that you can use would like a refund ### 1/5 — Missing most locations *2026-05-08, version 4.1.0* There’s a bunch of circle k locations near me and most have car washes yet the nearest one for me to select on this app is 175 miles away ### 1/5 — App button not working *2026-04-23, version 4.0.4* The “continue” button you need to press in the app to use it doesn’t work anymore. I deleted and reinstalled the app, cleared cache, sent an email…..Won’t be renewing next month if it won’t work. The app charged my card, detected that I was at the correct car wash location, but the moment I tried to start the wash, it got stuck on a white loading screen and never connected to the car wash. I waited, restarted the app, retried multiple times—nothing. No car wash, no refund, just wasted time and stolen money. If the app can’t reliably start the wash, it should NOT be charging customers. This is unacceptable. I will be disputing the charge with my bank. Said top of the line, "supreme" wash with clear coat, wax& dry NEVER gets my car clean. MAJOR dust & dirt remain on even the mid door panels & it's their, "top of the line" option. Purchased unlimited washes for one month. Returned 12 days after initial purchase and, HAD 2 PAY AGAIN!!!! Rip off. Could not find the way to cancel a subscription since when you go to My Subscriptions, it says you have no subscriptions. I figured out going to Settings > Retrieve My Data gives you a button to cancel. Even the chat help said to go to My Subscriptions to cancel.
