Elle n'est pas du tout intuitive, mal conçue et affreuse. C'est tout simplement gênant. Je continuerai d'utiliser l'application du circuit électrique pour les bornes Couche-Tard tant que cette chose sera comme ça. ### 1/5 — Useless non-functional app *2025-02-02, version 7.2.1* This app has some serious issues. Completely unusable, always ask for credit card info even though I already entered it. Rapide, relativement fiable et de forte capacité. MAIS, l’application est complètement inutile. Impossible de voir des informations de charges durant celle-ci. Impossible de voir a quel montant la charge est rendu et/ou au final… Toute ces info sont disponibles sur la borne, mais pas dans l’app. Et ce sans parler du visuel de l’app qui est horrible! Couche-Tard, vous êtes capable de mieux (voir l’app de Circuit-Électrique pour vous inspirer un peu) ### 1/5 — Ridiculously bad *2024-06-29, version 7.2.1* Signed up and got an activation email that led to a server error page. Used the app to activate with text. Now the password is invalid. I tried to reset it .. no help. Finally my account is locked out due to multiple failed login attempts. ### 1/5 — Bad app *2024-06-24, version 7.2.1* I tried to use it once, but couldn't start the charging session. Account creation is complicated, design is horrible. Very disappointing to see a company like Couche tard offer such a bad application. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — 3 years on and their link is still broken *2026-08-07, version 9.1.23* They use a third party website to take you from their QR Code to the app store and that one has limited traffic which was reached for me. Then they force you to make an account which requires your personal info for tracking, then as the reviewer above from 3 years ago says, that link has expired and you have to call in to get your account verified before you can pay to charge. Pretty amateur for a national chain ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-06-17, version 8.7.5* Some stations now require to pay with this app instead of paying by card.
