Never logs you in via Bluetooth with the bike.

Took my details to create an account, then wouldn’t let me log in with the details I had just entered. Tried to create a new account with the same details, and it said there was already an account with those details! Utter rubbish.

Tried to register app, to then link to the exercise machines. Unable to register, some type of glitch where it keeps asking for height and DOB to be entered, even though I entered everything

This app mirrors the equipment that it’s designed to work with, trash. It won’t connect to equipment, you can’t manually enter your stats which makes recording progress difficult. The machines themselves look great….but to be fair it reminds me of something from Temu.
How simple is it nowadays to create a basic app that is user friendly
