Everything on the phone is setup to receive them. For all other Apps these settings work, but not with this App :( ### 2/5 — Very poor *2023-05-23, version 6.0.7* Does not work on Samsung phone and crashes constantly. Support haven’t fixed these known bugs. Told to re-download app. Done absolutely nothing to fix the issues. Cuts customers off mid conversation ### 2/5 — Used to be good. *2023-03-13, version 6.0.5* This app used to be very good and reliable however for over a year now when writing a text and sending it off it doesn’t work or appear on the main screen. They also used to have intercom chat help with issues but removed that. Constantly signs out and doesn't remember login details. Had to uninstall and reinstall because I got a touchID infinite loop. Mac desktop client does the same, CONSTANTLY signing itself out and NEVER remembers username or password. This is incredibly frustrating since I'm trying to run a business from this app. Also opted for the base package when creating an account but then got invoices full whack in the first month. I had to change the setting AFTER being invoiced the premium rate. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Not a good App *2025-01-30, version 7.0.6* I’ve been with Circle Loop for a few months, and I have to say its a really rubbish app. Unlike a normal messaging app where messages are kept under contact names and numbers, Circle Loop decides to chuck them all together, for no apparent reason. It also limits your messages 160 characters. I know it might seem tempting with their low monthly fees, but its really not worth it. ### 1/5 — New update doesn’t work *2024-09-23, version 7.0.4* Doesn’t work ### 1/5 — New app completely unusable *2024-09-09, version 7.0.2* App no longer works since update - they are aware of the problem but say they can’t revert it - if your business depends on a working phone line, look elsewhere. ### 1/5 — This new update is horrendous *2024-09-06, version 7.0.2* Where do i start, the phone calls that come in now show your company number rather that the customers. Sometimes the calls don’t come through and even when you answer it just cuts off. I have a company to run and this is the last thing i need. Will definitely start searching around for other companies. I cant even see my employees recordings anymore. Whats the point of a new fancy app if its worse that the first one. ### 1/5 — Rubbish app rubbish service and response *2024-09-05, version 7.0.1* The new app doesn’t work, you can’t call customers back when you miss a call the interface is confusing and not user friendly. I rang support and explained the problems, I asked if the app was tested their response was “I’m not a tester”. I asked if anyone in the company had downloaded the app and tried to use it and they had no response. I’ve called support today as it’s still not working and their not answering. Very poor show ### 1/5 — Too many bugs *2024-07-01, version 6.0.13* Too many issues since it was updated. - app freezes intermittently - calls don’t come through so you have to close the app and restart it - keeps ringing when another user answers the call - calls dropping and this is not a network issue as I have used other apps side by side in the same location and I don’t experience this issue Its unfortunate because circeloop possesses features that most products don’t such as linked call log so you’re able to view other users’ outgoing calls on the app and missed call to email feature. ### 1/5 — Not a functional app *2023-10-23, version 6.0.9* The app never work to receive calls . It failed to work on a Samsung phone. I have now found iPhone it disconnects the microphone after about 20-30 seconds. The team behind it are clearly incredibly talented and have built a telephony system which takes away the need for wires and rather annoying redtape phone calls! It’s a very easy product to set up, use and the support that is offered when you have a question is 2nd to none. Would recommend without hesitation.
