It’s okay. When it’s working, it’s fine. But I encounter some trouble spots: AMK3 (where I work), Bugis/Lavender on MRT, to name a couple. Rarely saw 5G connection when I was paying for it. Are all telecom the same in this regard? Maybe 🤷🏿‍♂️. Had my fair share of trouble with Singtel too when I used physical SIM, so maybe it’s just normal. **Developer response:** Hi there! Their data speeds are fast and also they auto connect to wirelesSg while you are on the move on the train or at a location which has wirelessSg network.. I like the fact that I may add the roaming option, adjust the talk time and Sms anytime anywhere. It's what cosmopolitan people like us should enjoy 24hrs a day. So now I can’t log back in because I’m overseas and I can’t receive texts since roaming is turned off. The service staff is unhelpful because they can’t understand basic English. ### 1/5 — Can’t change Australia phone number *2025-09-14, version 7.74.0* Alway +65 I can’t type Aus phone number ### 1/5 — Overcharges, poor support, hard to get a refund *2025-09-03, version 7.74.0* I was charged an auto-roam fee despite having already purchased a roaming package. I didn’t opt in for auto-roaming and as advised, I already had the roaming pack purchased. I requested a waiver for this fee and it was immediately rejected. I never opted in for this auto-roam, I never wanted it, or used it. Getting a refund or any kind of customer support has been impossible. I would recommend avoiding Circle.Life. Not worth the headache ### 1/5 — Worst Provider Ive came across *2024-06-06, version 7.39.0* 1. May 03, 2024 when I registered at Sydney Airport. The lady was not very thorough in helping me set up all that is needed to be set up. She said, i sent you an email, just follow the prompts. So, i downloaded the app to activate my account. It asked for the long number on the simcard. I typed it in correctly but I got an error message which i forgot. I asked myself “WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT TO ACTIVATE THE ACCOUNT?!!!” I let it go because I was getting service anyway. 2. After a week or two, i received the bill, so i neede to log in. I still was not able to log in because on the app the numbers that prepopulated were +65 and not +61. I contacted them thru email because THERE IS NO CONTACT CENTER to call and get answers directly😡. Anyway, I was given workarounds which took 4-5 days really because it was thru email WHICH DID NOT WORK. The email rep ended up advising me to call Apple customer service. SERIOUSLY???😡 3. Now going to my BILL. I am on a 15$ monthly plan. When I checked my bill, i got charged for doing international calls which i was not informed about. With my previous provider in New Zealand, if its not included in the plan, the call would not go through unless you buy the extra (and which is good because you have the option and knowledge). I got extra charge of around 134$. 4. I decided to TERMINATE MY ACCOUNT. This is an EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE. ### 1/5 — Cannot be used *2024-05-22, version 7.39.0* The existing app works fine with my iPhone 5s. But the annoying update message appears to force me to update the app, but my phone doesn’t support the latest iOS app. Stop forcing your users to update the app unless you are willing to give them a free new iPhone! ### 1/5 — Not operational *2024-05-22, version 7.39.0* Can’t get sent the code to open the app because my number starts with +61 and it seems to only allow numbers which start with +65 ### 1/5 — Scammers *2023-11-05* So difficult to change phone plan. App doesn’t download from the QR code it says not available in this region.
