Setting up my profile was quick and easy. You pretty much just add your info, add link as you do on Linktree, drag blocks around; choose a template. In terms of customization, I'll say what it currently has is pretty much enough but you do get the option to go much deeper and further customize each item design. The app itself is beautifully designed with a clean interface - gave me an Apple IOS vibe. My digital card feels like a reflection of me and my brand, and it’s always a conversation starter. It would be great if notifications could be more detailed or personalized—for example, letting me know when someone interacts with specific parts of my profile. Right now I only get notification when I receive an exchange contact, which is pretty useless to be honest because I use this App in person and you'll know if someone make an exchange to you or not. The setup was quick, the interface is user-friendly, and I love how customizable my profile is. The QR sharing feature is incredibly convenient, and it’s saved me so much time at events. The thing is though. You get all these contacts and leads and prospects organized nicely in your App contact BUT YOU CAN'T EXPORT THEM TO CRM. You can only perform actions like calling or emailing them directly from the App or download it into your local contact book, but I’d like to see is an option to quickly export my contacts into other apps. A streamlined export feature would make the app even more versatile. If you buy Pro you also get to use the card scanner, which you literally just take a pic of the business card and everything is stored nicely and neatly in your contact list. Love it. From day one we have had issues. My QR code was linked to someone’s account months after I set my account up. I have been trying for 6 weeks to get 2 new cards ordered for my team. During our largest show of the year, Circo’s web security expired and when we scanned our cards prospects were brought to a not secure step. It is taking their support team days or weeks to respond. It’s absolutely pathetic when it comes to customer service. This has been a horrible buyers remorse experience for my company. ### 1/5 — Avoid And Go With Dot Card *2026-07-08, version 5.4* I had an issue with one of my cards, I spoke to Kevin and Nick and almost 2 months have gone by after they said they would send me a replacement and still nothing... I've called Kevin and Nick and they said it was sent out but I haven't received anything, no shipping info etc.... now Nick and Kevin will not respond to my calls or texts... and AGAIN nothing received on my end..... not a good business model with the lacking customer support. I in fact even contacted Dot.cards and they even agree that it shouldn't take that long and they are going to send me a free card to make the switch. I'm very upset because I like the set up of Circo, I like the ease of use.... But the lack of caring about your client is concerning. I hope this reaches customers and makes them rethink who to go with..... Spoke to Nick about a week ago and he said Kevin (The Owner) said he’ll deal with it how he sees fit which I guess is ignoring the issue….. ### 1/5 — Got click baited *2025-10-30, version 5.1* The ad made it seem better than what it actually is. I'm only leaving a review because I wasted about 15 minutes of my time setting everything up, only to delete my account 5 minutes later. I think it just got a lot of different bugs to it that need to be fixed out. I think things like when you add for a contact and exterior information. They once they hit send button on it. it should be able to disappear and I think it should also automatically add them into your contact list when they do that and vice versa cause. Personalization for your contact card is very limited unless you subscribe to their paid plan, which, as of the date of this review, costs $59.99 per year or $5.99 per month. Additionally, the FAQ section on their website (when viewed on a mobile device) is completely blank. While support contact information is available, it would have been much more convenient to quickly find answers to common issues instead of having to reach out for assistance. This lack of readily accessible troubleshooting resources feels like an unnecessary hurdle. I’m neutral on this—I wouldn’t necessarily discourage anyone from trying it, but it also doesn’t have enough of a wow factor to make the company name memorable in conversation. It serves its purpose, but nothing about it truly stands out. ### 4/5 — Great Product *2026-01-18, version 5.4* I have 2 metal and 1 plastic card that I use and they are great quality, people live the look of the metal cards, one is gold the other is brushed black matte with my name and logo on it and the plastic is plain.
