## What is Circuit Simulator?

VoltSim is a realtime electronic circuit simulator like Multisim, SPICE, LTspice, Altium or Proto for circuit design with a better user experience.

VoltSim is a complete circuit app in which you can design circuits with various components and simulate an electric or digital circuit.

During simulation you can check voltage, current and many other variables. Check signals on multichannel oscilloscope or multimeter and tune your circuit in real time! You can also use VoltSim as logic circuit simulator and perform digital electronic analysis! This app will help you visualize how the voltage varies across the circuit and how current flows through it.

### 2/5 — Bugs and Advices

*2026-08-18*

I just paid monthly in another account with another currency.
I rated two stars so maybe developers can notice.

1. Sometimes can’t edit pins in existing chips. (Can’t save.)
2. Sometimes the caret doesn’t move when editing project names.
3. Sometimes cannot add new components in a project. (Too many?)
4. I want to remove(hide) pin numbers. (I already have labels!)
5. Custom chips should be drawn one size smaller.
6. I want a “Move” mode to move components without clicking it first.
7. I want to double click in most editing modes to activate drag selection.
8. I want to copy a part of a project to another project. (Instead of copying the whole project and deleting everything else.)
9. When using the “Interact” mode, the “Push” switch should act like a “Push” switch instead of a “Switch” switch.
10. When duplicating a group of components, the new copy should appear in totally empty places. (Otherwise it will sometimes accidentally connect with other things.)
11. Sometimes “Undo” disables itself and it’s scary. I need more stable “Undo” and “Redo”.
12. I need “Rotate”, “Flip”, and “Rotate 180” for groups.
13. “Delete” button should be further away from everything else or ask before deleting.
14. When duplicating some single objects, I want the new copy to be at right below so I can use them together immediately.
15. When adding new components, they should appear near the center of the screen. (The biggest problem for new users to continue using.)
16. I want to use(copy) a group(like bulbs) in another project without it being a chip.

### 5/5 — It’s very very good

*2026-07-06*

Easy to work and good for beginners

### 5/5 — Great tool for learning

*2026-06-01*

This app is great for learning about circuits and the behavior of different electrical components. Definitely recommend!

### 5/5 — Wow.

*2026-05-06*

This is honestly one of the best apps out there, better than other apps requiring either enormous amounts of ads or a 20 dollar subscription, but you guys only do a dollar a month, really cheap, i will think about getting it some time soon I suppose.

### 5/5 — Best ios app for circuits

*2026-04-05*

tbh best ios app for simulating circuits, even free version can do almost anything, other apps suck because they are either pay to use or barely even functional, this one is just good

**Developer response:** Thanks a lot for your amazing feedback! 😊 We're really glad to hear that you're enjoying VoltSim.

Our goal is to make powerful tools accessible to everyone, so it’s great to know the free version is helping you get the most out of it. If you ever have suggestions or ideas for improvements, feel free to reach out at voltsim.app@gmail.com — we’d love to hear from you!

### 5/5 — Must have for electrical engineering.

*2026-04-05*

This app is the closest thing to mobile MultiSim that I have ever used. I recommend it to anyone looking towards increasing general circuit understanding and design. The developers of the app are incredibly easy to work with, and the price for the analysis packages is an absolute deal!

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for the kind words! 😊 We're really happy to hear that VoltSim is helping you with circuit understanding and design.

It also means a lot to hear your feedback about our support and pricing — we’re always trying to keep things both powerful and accessible. If you ever have ideas or feature requests, feel free to reach out at voltsim.app@gmail.com. We truly appreciate your support!

### 1/5 — What's the point?

*2025-12-30*

I guess the point of this app is to get you to buy "libraries" of components from the developer, because you can't do much of anything with it otherwise. You can only sketch super basic things. You can't even make a generic placeholder IC. The ICs that are included are ridiculous, like a 'DAC' with just a couple pins and no way to rename them. The pins are D0-D3, 'O' and V+. That doesn't look like any DAC I've ever seen.

**Developer response:** VoltSim is designed to offer a solid set of core features for free, while more advanced components and capabilities are available through optional libraries. That said, we definitely don’t want the free experience to feel too limiting or confusing. On each update we add some features in free and paid sections as well. Going forward, we will increase the features offered in the free version.

Regarding the DAC and other components, they’re generic components simplified for learning and simulation purposes, but we agree that clearer representation and customization would make them more useful — this is something we’re actively improving. In our latest update we are adding the ability to create custom ICs from other circuits as well as with code!

If you have specific components or features you’d like to see, please reach out to us at voltsim.app@gmail.com. Your feedback really helps us make VoltSim better.

### 4/5 — Good enough

*2025-12-11*

Works so far, works for beginners and good for basic designs, i still havent tested some circuits (because i downloaded it just a few days ago), so i might update this review.. but so far, its working well!

**Developer response:** Thanks for giving VoltSim a try and for sharing your early experience! 😊 We’re glad to hear it’s been working well for you so far, especially for getting started and building basic designs. We are constantly working on improving the app.

As you explore more complex circuits, we’d love to hear your updated feedback. If you run into anything or have suggestions, feel free to reach out at voltsim.app@gmail.com — we’re always here to help!

### 4/5 — Best app but….

*2025-05-07*

I hope the support team solve problems quickly some of users don’t know what should do to have an exactly simulation .

### 3/5 — Lack of Follow-Up from Support Team

*2025-04-29*

I contacted the Voltsim team and they responded at first, but then completely ignored my follow-up messages. This shows poor customer support and affected my overall experience with the app
