This is ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Why *2025-03-24* We should be able to link our debit card to this app….its just disgusting **Developer response:** Hi Elbasito, The Circuits app is linked to your App store payment info, and payments are deducted from the card linked to your App store once you authorise a purchase. If you are having trouble with paying via the app, please check that the card details linked to your Apple id via the App store is correct and the card is funded. While will I pay for a movie and I can’t watch it on my tv, I tried Ageshinkole 1 and I couldn’t stream, today now I paid for Asiri Ade and I still can’t stream. Thank you. ### 3/5 — Could be better *2025-05-30* I am going to first commend the developers of this app just as i myself have no clue on how to build an app, so KUDOS for creating a unique and beautiful app. I applaud you all and i know reviews are going to be a room for improvement. When it works, this service is truly exceptional. Unfortunately, I run into issues about 7 out of 10 times. The main problem is with purchasing or renting—sometimes it goes through without any trouble, but other times the process just stalls endlessly. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, which occasionally helps, but it’s not a consistent solution. Right now, I’ve paid to rent a movie, but it won’t play. To make matters worse, after 48 hours, I’ll lose access and my money. Another frustrating issue is that when the movie won’t play, the app’s screen just goes blank, and I have to uninstall and reinstall the app just to get back to the home page. That said, on the rare occasions when everything works as it should, the experience is wonderful. I just wish it was more reliable. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. I do not have to pay when I am not watching. I can watch via app or web or my TV. Their customer service is very nice and respectful and fast.
