## What is Cirro by AirSuite Inc.?

Cirro is the aviation app you’ve been looking for. We are operations flight management software built by pilots and operators. If it’s time for your operation to “go digital” and ensure compliance at the touch of a device, then we have exactly what you need.

Why You’ll LOVE Cirro

Between calculating weight and balance, tracking gear and filing itineraries, there’s a heck of a lot of paperwork standing between us and that big blue yonder, at least there was..

- Logging weight and balance? Log it with Cirro.
- Tracking Company Field Gear? Track it with Cirro.
- Checking Charts and Maps? Check em’ with Cirro.
- Monitoring flight status from the ground? Monitor it with …

Well you get the picture…

“We chose Cirro after an exhaustive search for a new software suite. The checks and balances integrated into all facets of the program ensure safer flight operations and adherence to safety standards.” - Pathfinder Aviation

FEATURES

1. Flight planning and itinerary tools file flight itineraries with all the required information, including route planning, safety equipment, pilots, passengers, etc. Automatically mark the highest obstacles along your route, mobilize your flight data for offline use and take charts, airport and obstacle data with you.

2. Easily and quickly calculate weight and balance for all aircraft types. Capable of handling multiple configurations, the weight and balance tool can even be used offline, allowing pilots to make calculations in remote locations on the fly.

3. The flight duty time module provides tracking and management tools which allow pilots to update their duty times with or without internet access. Flight duty time restrictions, including custom rules imposed by clients, are fully customizable.

4. A complete database contains a list of all dangerous goods that are accepted and forbidden for transport. Users can quickly search the database for the item they are attempting to transport and have readily available access to emergency response procedures for each dangerous good.

5. The autonomous alerting system tracks any overdue aircraft, certificate expiration warnings, flight duty time warnings and server and activity logs.

6. Asset tracking allows you to electronically track location, inspection intervals, usage hours, expiry dates and conditions of all operational gear.

7. Mapping and charts provides easy access to the data necessary for everyday flight planning. The highly integrated mapping function has an easy to use interface that pilots can use to quickly view weather radars and cameras, color coded airport data referencing the last reported weather conditions, 3D airspace, METAR/TAF & NOTAM data, geo-referenced airport diagrams, Canadian Flight Supplement (CFS) data, and US Chart Supplement data.

8. Daily flight reports and billing offers faster, more accurate billing and payment options for customers. It reduces your administrative workload and keeps track of financing for you. Using Cirro you can create clients and jobs, generate flight reports, handle employee and job expenses and generate an invoice for the client with a few quick clicks.

9. The scheduler allows management to plan and coordinate various aircraft activities. The drag and drop interface allows for the creation of aircraft maintenance activities, bookings and staff scheduling to easily be assigned to aircraft and other categories.

Take a tour of Cirro, your complete electronic flight bag & mobile flight operations system built for helicopter and fixed wing operators. Bye bye paperwork. Hello sky.

### 5/5 — Support

*2025-09-16, version 25.37.0*

We had a time-sensitive need to implement new aircraft weight and balance templates, and this company stepped in with a solution that was both timely and effective. Their responsiveness and attention to detail ensured a smooth transition with zero impact to our operations. They went above and beyond to support us during a critical period, and their professionalism made all the difference.

### 5/5 — HALO AIR AMBULANCE OPERATIONS

*2025-04-07, version 25.9.0*

Cirro is a great product that continues to evolve for the better. We look forward to continuing to use Cirro in our daily operations and are excited to see their ongoing progression toward excellence as a complete aviation operations package.

### 5/5 — HeliOps

*2023-07-06, version 23.27.0*

Great for Helicopter operations

### 1/5 — Zero stars if I could

*2023-07-06, version 23.27.0*

The biggest bloated data heavy clumsy app I’ve ever used. Haven’t met a pilot who likes it. Every day is a fight with conflicting time zones, lost data etc. if using multiple devices it’s even worse. We work everywhere in canada with slow, high latency cell service and wifi. Good luck using a VPN. No ability to upload files or flight reports without internet. The app constantly says it’s offline when it’s not. Frustrating at best.

### 1/5 — They tried

*2023-06-11, version 23.23.0*

Laggy, glitchy, offline sync issues, doesn’t save things.

Might work for weekend warriors or scheduled service but not for helicopter ops

Works fantastic during a demonstration or at a trade on a pc or with fantastic cell service but 100% not meant for remote ops.

### 5/5 — This app is a game changer

*2023-04-19, version 23.14.0*

A one stop shop for flight following, billing, bookings, flight duty tracking, weight/balance, performance, alerting and operational gear tracking. Having been in a number of companies that have tried different programmes or internal processes, it was clear to me that Cirro was ahead of the game when I started using it. Support for the product is excellent, and there’s even an option to customize functionality (for an additional fee) for unique areas of an operation, that is not typically covered by Cirro’s function. A few areas of the programme could be upgraded to enhance user satisfaction, but Cirro’s primary function hits the mark every time - an excellent programme. If I were ever to move to another company, I’d be sure to suggest Cirro as the solution of choice.

### 1/5 — Not friendly user for heli

*2023-01-16, version 23.1.2*

Product made by a developper, not by a pilot. May be suitable for airlines but not for heli operations.
Using it for HEMS and everyone ending with flight duty violations, according to the app, when we perfectly know we don’t!

### 5/5 — Cirro is the best all in one flight ops software

*2021-05-17, version 1.52.4*

At our company we had tried to stitch together many software products, however the flow was always rough.

Once we made the switch to Cirro, everyone from dispatch to the pilots were happy to have a single flight ops software. Pilots enjoyed using Cirro flight duty times, and having their EFB reliably offline.

The team at Cirro is fantastic, importing data was no problem and the support is always quick to respond. Great software, I would recommend it to anyone.

### 5/5 — Great Flight Operations App

*2020-12-18, version 1.42.9*

We have been using this app for almost a year and it is fantastic. It has replaced 6 pieces of software we were using. The interface is very user friendly and modern. Our operations are very unique and while it was good when we first signed on, it has now surpassed my expectations. The developers are happy to integrate features to suit the needs of your company and ops. It has come so far in a year, I’m excited to see its capabilities in another year. It is well worth requesting a demo from the Air-Suite team.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2020-11-13, version 1.42.5*

We’ve been using this app for over three years now. Knowing that we got in early, I assumed there would be bugs. The Air Suite team has been fantastic addressing any issues and the development has been great. They believe in bettering the software for all clients.

I highly recommend this program. When we are having an audit or working with a new client we always show off Cirro.

Cirro = modern operational control.
