EXECUTIVE ROLES THAT MEAN SOMETHING Committee titles used to be labels. Now each office carries actual permissions, so a Treasurer can move money, a Secretary can keep the register, and nobody holds power the group did not give them. The president chooses what each executive can do, and can see it all on one screen. APPOINT OR ELECT - YOUR CHOICE Fill positions by appointment, or put them to a member vote. Your cooperative decides which, and can change it at any time. Elections run through the app and the winner takes office automatically. HANDING OVER PROPERLY An outgoing executive can hand their office to someone else, and nothing changes until that person accepts it. Founders can pass on their position too. Every change is recorded, so who held which office and when is always answerable. TWO SIGNATURES ON BIG TRANSFERS Large treasury transfers now need a second executive to approve before the money moves. You set the amount at which this kicks in. The person who requests a transfer can never be the one who approves it. COLLECTING FOR MEMBERS WITHOUT PHONES The new collection sheet shows every offline member, what they owe this cycle, and what they still owe from before. Tick off everyone who paid you at the meeting, enter your PIN once, and it settles in a single transfer instead of one per person. You will see exactly how each payment was applied.
