## What is cisbox Order?

The cisbox Order app allows you to place your orders mobile and user-friendly directly on your smartphone or tablet.

This app is the optimal extension to handle the order processes in your company even when you are away from your desk. Order as usual from your suppliers and keep an eye on your open purchase orders. You need an compatible device with appropriate settings for country or region, the app must be activated for your company, and you have to be a registered cisbox Order user to benefit from this app.

cisbox Order app features:

• automatic synchronization of the cisbox Order app with your cisbox Order web application
• personal dashboard: purchasing behaviour, reports, evaluations
• approval workflow for the release of planned purchase orders
• consideration of the agreed, individual price agreements
• overview of all placed orders
• conversion of pending orders into goods receipts
• inventory function
