Got these for work and have them hooked up to a Cisco video endpoint. Connection quality is awful. Audio is garbled the first 20 secs of any call. Headset is not even 2-3 ft away and can’t get consistent audio. When the audio does work, people complain my audio is too low. I’ve tried to tweak all the setting, turned them all off and no improvement. Tried the firmware update too and no improvement. Worst headset I’ve ever used

$375 headset. Paper weight. 
Contacted support but since out of warranty they wipe their hands.  
This headset hasn’t been used for 30 mins in its lifetime. 
Updated firmware, still same issue. 

100% volume sounds like it’s at 5%. 
Bluetooth, usb-c connection, usb connection. 3.5 connection. 

Pitiful. Go buy another brand.

These headphones are worthless! Just got them and they made me upgrade the firmware and now when connected via Bluetoothi get an endless beeping that makes these useless. 
Can’t reach their support either, this company is horrendous. Don’t buy

Listening great; however the audio quality (via Bluetooth) while I’m speaking is poor. People say I sound faint and in a cave. Switch via wired and problem goes away. Unable to open TAC case.

The Cisco 730 Headset is the perfect device to merge my personal & professional life. It connects perfectly to my Cisco DeskPro in my home office & transitions seamlessly to my iPhone when I am on the go. It sounds equally great for video calls, movies or music. It provides excellent noise cancellation when I want privacy and has an ambient noise selection when I want to hear everything around me.  Thank you Cisco for simplifying at least one part of my life. 😎
