I created my account on desktop. I know my username and password. Even when copying and pasting them from a password manager I knew worked on the website, it considered my login attempt invalid. How can I rate an unusable app anything higher than 1 star? Also, none of the advertised services are exclusive to the app, so for anyone out there, just use the website and download all available documents before you leave
