A dreadful program. Impossible to install correctly. Without the app you cannot charge your car. No on line support. Manual is next to useless. If I knew it was this bad before buying I would have brought a different brand of charger. Error messages come up in Chinese. Not at all helpful.

The App is terrible, constantly logging you out and at times offline for no reason. 

The charger itself is excellent.

Added an RIF card and iy doesn’t die anything what have I dine wrong. Should I just be able to touch the box and it starts charging ?
