This is such a needed, innovative and useful tool! I am visiting Mexico and my debit card was hacked. I have been able to report and speak with customer service live. Priceless!

This app is amazing.  It’s so easy to use.  I have shared accounts with relatives at banks and another credit union and they have nothing like this.  This forward thinking stuff is what keeps me loyal to Citadel.
