Can't login and access money due to poor quality app and errors

the mobile app offers "potential beneficiaries" preset for regular payments. however, neither yourself or customer service can remove or delete them afterwards. 
by mistake i set up a wrong transfer using banks own pro forma and transferred money to a wrong account. 
bank charges 50 euros for the attempt to return the money, without any gurantee of success. 
rip off charges for most transactions not heard of in other banks!
disappointing😢

Sāk ļoti krist uz nerviem tas kad nomainu aplikācijas izskatu uz tumšo režīmu bet gandrīz katru reizi kad eju pa jaunu iekšā, viņš pats no sevis ir pārslēdzis. Nakts laikā kad atveru aplikāciju un esmu uzlicis tumšo režīmu, es negaidu baltu ekrānu kas mani padara aklu gandrīz.

The app has fixed a lot of bugs and issues, but the bank continues having problems with:
- hidden charges for basic actions,
- unexplained charges,
- and very poor customer support.

I think they need to rethink their business model in a competitive market, and train their staff better.

N26 and Bunq have better apps and don’t have all these hidden charges.

User unfriendly, uses the same cumbersome authorisation method as the web version. The apps I have used (Natwest, Metro) relay on simple pin code after the phone is verified at the first use.
