Unable to use, don’t have a login and doesn’t explain how or where to obtain. I want my money back!

**Developer response:** This app is free - there is no money for you to have back as you did not pay for it.  If you needed a copy of this app on your device, you would already have an account to log into.  The app is an eReader that links to the HS&E Publications server.  If you had a subscription to any books, you would have an account on that server. The fact that you do not have an account, indicates to you that you do not need the app.  You have installed an app that you do not need and have now reviewed it negatively - claiming you have paid for it, because you did not not understand what it was for and did not read the app's description.  Please consider removing this review to avoid confusing other customers.

Documents and content are fantastic, well laid out and informative. 

Only criticism is that when being used for study and reference using the electronic books/documents it would be really helpful to be able to highlight certain topics and add study/reference notes using the Apple Pencil and such for other platforms. 

This would be a very pleasant addition to an already superb suite of information.

The App itself seems fine but the books are an absolute triumph of form over function. Impossible to use/read in any meaningful way on an iPhone screen, complete with annoying animations of pages turning. Same if you view on the website. Why can’t we just have it as a standard pdf or eBook?

Displays the ebook in poncy graphic of a book in centre of screen so unreadable.
Every time I click the maximise button the app closes.
No use whatsoever

**Developer response:** Dear Criminal mastermind,  
Thanks for your review.  We have looked at this and the button we think you are calling the maximise button is actually the text selection button. You are right, that button is currently causing a crash on the iPad platform.  This appears to have been caused by a change in the underlying Safari web browser which visualises the content.  We are looking at this now and hope to release an update that works around this problem.  However, to zoom in, you can use the zoom / magnification icon in the lower left corner - and then move around the page by dragging a finger over the page.  Because the book defaults to two-page mode in landscape format, you may find it easier to read in portrait format (i.e. holding the ipad or phone vertically), when the book will format as a single page, making better use of the screen.
