I have a escalation in for it and i am still waiting for an out come. My wife has received it after 8 gallons but i have not. I have sent in copy of the receipt for 8 gallons ### 4/5 — Good app but needs some work to be great *2023-11-05* The app automatically stops fuel dispensing when it reaches $64.80. This is not good when either of my vehicles are near empty, as the both have -25 gallon tank. There is no way in the app to change this. Doesn’t happen if I use my CITGO credit card outside of the app. ### 5/5 — Easy to use and saves money. *2023-05-18* I had low expectations, but was surprised how easy this was to use and save money. I don’t really understand where the discounts come from, but I’ve used it 4 times and had $0.52/ gal off the first time and more than $0.20 each time after that. Regardless of the form of payment I try to use I get an error message. Now everytime I try to get gas it tells me there are no stations nearby. Even when I am parked at one. Unfortunately it wasn’t working. The cashier at citgo helped us to but it just stalled on generate QR code. Needless to say it was a complete disappointment to us. I'm getting an error message when trying to log in ER8. Would appreciate some assistance! ### 1/5 — Stole over $130 from me *2023-04-11* I lost my debit card but needed gas and the tap to pay wasn’t working, and of course the inside was closed. So I downloaded the app and when I selected the pump and Apple Pay. The app crashed on me, charged me $137.78 and I thought it would just fall off. Nope. I’ve called customer service 3 times and gotten different answers every time. It’s not in my “transaction history” tab but it sure is out of my bank. I was even given a phone number with a fake call tree that every option you select says “that’s not an option please try again” and hangs up after the 3rd try. Abysmal customer service, I want this fixed. I want a better answer than @ive out your name down that’s all I can do.” Do NOT use this app. ### 1/5 — Can’t pay with this app *2023-02-14* I cannot pay using the app. It just says there is an error when trying to use Apple Pay. I tried saving a credit card in the app. It says it’s approved, starts the pump. But as soon as I try to pump gas, the pump shuts off and the app says I paid $0. If I try again, it says I’ve used it to much and to wait 24 hours. I give up. ### 1/5 — Did not work *2023-02-05, version 5.0.1* I got an error message saying the pump I was parked at was not available. Had to pay full price for the gas on my card instead. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Very impressed *2024-11-17* I went to the Citgo here, not expecting to save as much as I did, but when I use the option of the application to just pay at pump without going inside using my phone, I was so amazed. I only paid $2.71 a gallon for my premium gas. The normal price for the 93 is $3.69. I saved almost a dollar. Per gallon. I filled My Chrysler T&C for only $41!!!! And that was sinking it pass FULL 😍😍 ### 5/5 — Outstanding Tech support And a price *2024-07-10* Citigo has old style great tech support. I had a support technician walk me through setting up Citgo Pay. And I refurbed a whooping 50 cents of my fill up. Gift jewelry and food. *2024-03-28* You have to stop in if in Irvington or Kilmarnock you will be shocked at what is packed into the shop. Also best gas including Ethanol free gas for the boat and watercraft. I use it in my old car and lawn mowers too.
