As someone who travels a lot, the SMS OTP doesn’t always work, and I have to rely on the app generated OTP. However anytime I do this, my account got suspended. No warning, whatsoever. I can’t log in, can’t use my debit card or practically any banking until I make a phone call to get it unblocked.
