As someone who travels a lot, the SMS OTP doesn’t always work, and I have to rely on the app generated OTP. However anytime I do this, my account got suspended. No warning, whatsoever. I can’t log in, can’t use my debit card or practically any banking until I make a phone call to get it unblocked. Imagine you’re abroad and rely on this bank and all of sudden your account is frozen because banks incompetence in developing the app. **Developer response:** We apologize for the inconvenience. Description of transactions are totally useless truncation of information. Your app feels slow and lags a lot compared to other banking apps here in Indonesia.
