Excellent job for the design team. However, I still have to same issue long time ago and it does not get fix. This issue happens when you get a refund into a credit card. For example, my statement closing date is 15 July. I have 1000 THB statement balance due on 1 Aug. On 16 July, I received a refund of 300 THB. My statement balance reduce to 700 THB, which is fine. On 20 July, I spend 100 THB on the card. Suddenly, my statement balance (that will be due on 1 Aug) changes to 800 THB. Trying to transfer funds to a non-Citibank account in Thailand’s is nearly impossible. It’s faster to go find an ATM and get cash. The only use I have for this app is for XF and Global Transfer and only because there aren’t any online options for that. I give Citibank’s worldwide IT teams a failing grade. ### 1/5 — I don’t like new update but it’s necessary to use *2020-05-27, version 9.1* From new update I think it’s not user friendly and difficult to understand. Ready credit card that not pass from assessment of the year is not display statement in application but i can view on website version only.
