Khi đăng nhập web dc báo rằng lỗi quên mật khẩu hoặc tên đăng nhập và yêu cầu lấy lại, đến khi hiện ra thì tên đăng nhập tôi ko sai một ký tự nào. Tiếp nữa là nhập mật khẩu, tôi nhập chính xác mật khẩu cũ thì dc báo là mật khẩu trùng ko dc. Đến đây thì hết kiên nhẫn, tại sao tôi đăng nhập đúng tên đúng mật khẩu lại báo sai và yêu cầu lấy lại mới?
