Thất vọng với 1 ngân hàng lớn như thế này. Chắc phải cân nhắc chuyển sang dùng dịch vụ ngân hàng khác ### 2/5 — Never works *2021-04-29* The app never works. Please help to check ### 1/5 — OTP Not working *2018-05-08, version 4.2.0* V4 and above killed OTP. I’ve downloaded and reinstalled countless times, spoken to cust service dozen times sending screenshots. My Citi AU and Citi MY both receive tokens no issue but not Citi VN. For me I have English and TouchID selected, VND/USD accounts held, and I’m currently roaming and not in Vietnam. Sometimes re I’ve TXT but not reliable, that’s why I want OTP - cannot use without. ### 3/5 — Needs more improvements *2018-04-03* Slow. The UI made it look like a web app and not so native look like Citi US' app. It does because the app itself is a hybrid app. Not designed to work offline. Everytime I want to check my balance without wifi connection, it does not allow me in. ### 1/5 — Doesn't do what it's supposed to *2016-02-06, version 2.4* After a bit of struggle registering for online banking, their system is rudimentary, it worked ok for checking balances. Unfortunately it can't transfer between your own accounts, which is pretty important for anyone with a Citibank Vietnam account. Khi đăng nhập web dc báo rằng lỗi quên mật khẩu hoặc tên đăng nhập và yêu cầu lấy lại, đến khi hiện ra thì tên đăng nhập tôi ko sai một ký tự nào. Tiếp nữa là nhập mật khẩu, tôi nhập chính xác mật khẩu cũ thì dc báo là mật khẩu trùng ko dc. Đến đây thì hết kiên nhẫn, tại sao tôi đăng nhập đúng tên đúng mật khẩu lại báo sai và yêu cầu lấy lại mới?
