SECURE ACCESS ANYTIME, ANYWHERE
After downloading the CitiBusiness App from a U.S.-based app store, you can access the app from wherever you may be*. The integrated Mobile Token feature allows you to generate codes on the go for login and transaction approvals on CitiBusiness Online.
EASILY MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNTS

• Monitor your balances and recent activity
• Initiate payments and transfers between accounts
• Approve wire transactions
• Provide decisions on your Positive Pay items
You must be specifically entitled for Mobile Token feature access by your business’s System Administrator. 
This application will communicate with Citi’s server automatically in order to relay your consent and to record usage metrics. By consenting to the installation of this application, you are also providing your consent to the future installation of any updates or upgrades to CitiBusiness Mobile that may be required for this application to perform the functions outlined above. 
Citi will not charge you to use and download this application. Please note that standard messaging and data rates from your wireless provider may apply.
* Mobile Remote Check Deposit is available today on a limited basis, and you must be physically located in the U.S. in order to use this feature (including Puerto Rico).

I’ve had a terrible experience with this bank making every step feel like a complication. They don’t communicate with each other. The people on the phone sound like they hate their lives. It’s extremely frustrating to run into issues constantly. It’s complicated for me to move banks now but if you can do NOT choose Citi business.

Hello 
I know that I need to report the issue through app support but the button takes me to the login page, anyway the mobile app stopped working since I got iPhone 17 
I have contacted my bank and also the Apple support and have been informed that I need to reach out to the app support department. 
The error I receive is that there has been an attack detected on the app and to protect the app and my data the app will be closed and I need to contact the administrator.

Please contact your administrator. REF:6942, 5509:9FE1:0OU2X4" Nobody is helping and I can't send payments because of the 2FA

This app is no longer compatible with the new iOS upgrade. I attempted to “report a problem” with the developer, but in order to do so, you need to log in with a token. I can’t generate a token because the app is no longer working. Vicious cycle here!
