When I call customer service, the person who hardly speaks English repeats same thing over and over. He basically says they can’t have any control so I have to call to verify everytime although is a subscription payments. I can log in and see balances. But if i try to see today or prior periods nothing happens. Nothing displays. I tried to do wire and it doesn’t work. I switched on biometrics and it says ok then it says you rejected biometrics. App is broken. 7/18/24 - a few improvements. Can now see current day and prior days debits and credits. And was able to send a wire. Biometrics still rejects. App less glitchy today. And if you don’t login for 60 days they automatically deactivate you without any notice, electronic or paper. Switched to Chase and they treat me like gold, and all their tech “just works.” Good riddance Citi. ### 2/5 — in line with citi commercial's service *2024-03-26, version 16.0.57* like everything else to do with citi commercial, way behind the curve and often borderline unusable. the account transaction view defaulting to "today" and trying to upsell you on something NO OTHER BANK HAS GATED ("want to see today's activity SUCKER? contact your relationship manager for more information SUCKER") is the icing on the cake. i moved the majority of my business traffic to jpm long ago & recommend anyone tired of citi commercial's creaky infra and indifference to customers do the same. ### 1/5 — Useless app still no deposit capability *2024-03-08, version 16.0.57* Just useless still. They don’t communicate with each other. The people on the phone sound like they hate their lives. It’s extremely frustrating to run into issues constantly. All other functions do not work. ### 1/5 — App crashes on new iPhone *2025-09-25* Hello I know that I need to report the issue through app support but the button takes me to the login page, anyway the mobile app stopped working since I got iPhone 17 I have contacted my bank and also the Apple support and have been informed that I need to reach out to the app support department. I attempted to “report a problem” with the developer, but in order to do so, you need to log in with a token. I can’t generate a token because the app is no longer working. Poor communication, bad phone connections ### 1/5 — PIN Still Not Working After 2 Months *2025-06-11, version 17.25.1* PIN stopped working on iPad and iPhone app 2 months ago. Continual PIN resets did not solve the problem. After six calls with customer service totaling 3 hours and a “system reset” by Citi, was able to get the iPhone PIN to work but iPad is still inoperable. The Citi consumer app works great and has far more features.
