Can't pay. Can't get help *2026-02-25, version 6.1.17* Second time in the last few weeks the app has been useless and this happens sporadically, but it also continues to happen. Either the app won't load, the purchase button won't function or, today there was no way to pay on the purchase page and help will not load. Since I can't get help via the app and every link I find forces me to the app, I'm leaving feedback here. I'm sure tomorrow it will work fine ### 2/5 — So slow, so much bloat *2024-10-15* It takes at least 5-10 seconds to process each selection and step; including downloading a pic of the parking lot. Making a purchase takes over a minute, sometimes two. Why the extreme bloat? Isn’t there a way to make this run fast on all phones? There should also be a way to save favorites with a one touch purchase for the spot you park 2-3 days a week. ### 3/5 — App crashes every time a payment is processed… *2024-08-27, version 5.6.0* … in successes and failures alike, for about a month (iOS). I sure hope someone at Citifyd has realized it by now, it’s rather annoying. ### 1/5 — Double charge *2020-08-22, version 4.3.0* I’ve had this app for about a month. It has double charged my card three times. It takes about a week for the extra charge to drop off. This totally unacceptable. I will not longer use this app. I’d rather walk to the machine to insert my card. ### 1/5 — Seemed like a great option. *2018-11-16, version 2.3.10* Tried this app out to reserve parking for a concert at the MODA center in Portland. Purchased the space just fine, but when I got to the parking garage the staff at the gate had no idea why the app was, sent my wife and I to a temporary parking space and we walked all over the venue speaking to no less than 5 people working 4 different ticketing booths, all of whom did not recognize the reservation, or the app, despite the app being advertised as a parking option on the venue's site. Finally a parking manager just let us stay in our temp spot for the event and let us go, now 45 minutes late to the concert (we arrived 20 minutes early) I understand this may be more the fault of the venue, but if there is not clear communication between the app and it's partners, it is completely unreliable. I feel no confidence in using this app again, because I have no guarantee that my parking purchase will be honored. ### 1/5 — No good *2016-12-24, version 1.5.1* We downloaded this app, when we got to our event it was made clear that it was unnecessary to do so and paying through the app cost more (4 dollars). Also when we got on lot the app was malfunctioning. Not a fan, would not use again. ### 4/5 — Super convenient! *2016-07-20, version 1.3.11* This app is super convenient and helpful. It was so nice to know we already had confirmed parking and just go straight to the garage we had selected instead of having to drive around looking for a spot to park. The app is also set up very well, so it's super easy to use. We even saved some money compared to the price posted at the garage entrance! ### 5/5 — So easy! *2016-02-05, version 1.1.0* Just used the app for a Blazers game and loved it! Reserved my spot before the game, followed the directions to the right garage (past all the 'parking full' signs) and went straight on in to the game. Made the whole night that much better. ### 5/5 — Fabulous service! *2016-01-10, version 1.0.40* My family has been using this app for a few months now and I couldn't be happier! It is so nice to know that we have a parking spot reserved before we even leave for our destination. I see another review on here saying it's hard to find parking and I couldn't disagree more. We have never had an issue finding parking and will continue to use their services often! It is buggy, and it often doesn’t work. Is it too much to ask for an app to consistently load a list of parking lots near a location? Apparently, for this app, it is. I have been trying to pay for parking for 20min now. I have tried the app, a mobile browser, and a desktop browser and all I get is the spinning C logo, which I am really starting to hate. Do better. ### 1/5 — Horrible app, even worse support *2025-12-23, version 6.1.17* They tried to fix what ain’t broke with a series “updates” this year that made it 10x less functional. The Apple Pay function wasn’t available for a period (without notice), the ability to select from your list of saved cars (taken away. This really sucks for people who surprise surprise live in a household with multiple cars), SENDING RECEIPTS was broken for ages and finally a backlog of them spilled into my email one day (incomplete btw, I’m still missing several). List goes on. Worst of all, their customer support? Roll a dice to see if they even respond. I’ve asked nicely several times for my receipts and there’s not a PEEP. And it’s been months! ### 1/5 — This App is Trash *2025-12-22, version 6.1.17* They updated this app earlier this year, constantly logging me out and then not recognizing my password. ### 1/5 — No app sign in *2025-12-08, version 6.1.17* You can create an account online but you can’t sign in on the app. So you will have to plug in your card every single time… such an easy fix but they have forgotten about it. Also their support email is inactive, so if you wanna let them know about the above issue, you can’t. ### 1/5 — Zero support, constant breakages *2025-12-02, version 6.1.17* Well, today was another update the disabled my login, didn’t email a receipt, and forgot all my default data. To top this all off, any attempt at support was a dead end. No phone numbers worked, including the home office numbers at Ziba Design, email, webpage chat. All dead ends. This is a zero star app that unfortunately holds users hostage to most paid parking in Portland. Junk app, zero support. Hot garbage all around! ### 1/5 — Completely Broken App *2025-11-05, version 6.1.15* The app is completely broken. Deep links into the app lead to a blank page. Even worse you can’t purchase more than one hour at a time for parking. Even if you choose a larger time frame it defaults back to one hour. The app is severely broken and is pretty much useless. ### 1/5 — No longer an app *2025-10-31, version 6.1.15* The new app is no longer an app, it's just a rapper around the website. Used Apple for my login. Then downloaded the app. Tried to login and it said that I couldn’t on my ANDROID device because my account used Apple to create the account. It won’t let me sign into the app. Keeps saying I’m using an android when I have an iphone. They already charged me but I am unable to access my parking pass. Emailed support. No answer, called support and sat on hold over 30 minutes. No help. What's nice about this app is you can pre-book a space in the parking garage. So when they are already sold out you're still able to get a spot with this app. I recommend this highly to anybody needing to make sure they have a place to park their vehicle in the garage. This takes all the worry out of not being able to have a parking space at the last minute .
