Seems to be no way to close the promo banner. Online booking requires you to use the app to pay with credit card, and the app itself doesn’t seem to work. So annoying as I got voucher as a refund but couldn’t use it. It’s been years they didn’t improve either the app nor website for better user friendly interface. Come on, is it still the same state owned company mentality?? They take your money then cancel the flight (by WhatsApp) then don’t refund the money. Whole airline is a big scam. No customer service no way to get money back. It makes me wonder how well their plane’s work is they can’t get a booking app right! ## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Good 👌🏼 *2020-10-02* Siapa tau mau terbang sama citilink gitu kan 😂 ### 3/5 — useful but buggy *2023-04-18* apps looks like it was built with untested features. - some of the UI/UX and features arent intuitive. - sometimes paying for tickets is reallh smooth, until the payment page which cant be done no matter which options i choose. - looking for flight details (boarding pass) was troublesome, you need to do a check in to see your boarding pass and screenshot it yourself, it is not saved in the cache at least until D+1. - flight miles is automatically added IF YOU PURCHASE THE FLIGHT ON THE APP, but claiming flight mileage gives no confirmations, whether it is accepted, rejected, or pending for approval. which is very helpful. - at least i can check in and check ticket price easily with the app. ### 2/5 — Need major fix *2025-02-20* Sangat perlu banyak perbaikan untuk penggunaan applikasi citilink. However, it is good that Citilink has customer service support options (email, live chat and phone).
