My congratulations to Citiscape's team! ### 5/5 — Most amazing tool for anyone developing!! *2019-10-07, version 1.0.8* Being a first time builder you don’t know what to expect going into this whole process and I wish this app was around sooner. The process of building a house from start to finish can take years as it did with me only because I don’t know what to do, I kept having constant problems with the DOB, and constantly had to keep track of every part of the project as well as all expiration dates of licenses. As soon as I got the app and upgraded its as if the whole process went from being written in Chinese to being written in English. My project went from being 68% done in 2 years to 92% done just 2.5 months after I got the app. I couldn’t be more thankful for the citiscape team for making this process go by so much quicker and easier! Thank you guys!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App is not working *2023-03-24, version 1.2.10* I have 15+ addresses signed up and it’s not getting updates I have sent a email why no response ### 3/5 — Might be a useful tool for GC on the job *2022-03-12, version 1.2.8* The app looks pretty good and it has some decent features like keeping track of the expiring permits, monitoring complaints to know when to expect a visit from the inspector, etc. However, for some reason when I try to input address of our project, or enter block and lot # manually it gives me a pop-up stating “BLB not found”. Tried different methods like moving pin around on the map but with no luck. I described this issue to customer care 2 days ago but have not heard back yet. Not surprised since I’m assuming the developers have a small team and I believe that I’ll receive a response in the next week or so.
