使えなくなってしまいました。
新しいアプリを使うにはリイィバーとかいうものに登録せねばならず非常に迷惑を被っています。

こっちのアプリが再度使えたら良いなあと思います。
腕時計自体も他のものに変えるか考えます。

Please add signal messenger to the app for notifications.  App has the other major messaging services. Please fix the constant disconnection problem with the app everyone complains of.  It’s a great feature to get notifications when it works.

The watch is great but the app is not. It keeps disconnecting my phone all the time. I tried everything, my phone was never more than 3’ away but to no avail. This watch should connect by itself whenever it loses connection, however I must reconnect manually, what a poor design. 
How am I supposed to know it lost connection?
Back to the drawing board please and fix this bug. My phone is an X model with the latest OS.
A nice feature is when the phone notifies an email arrive or a phone call is incoming. However this is a useless feature because the phone is always disconnected.

Nice watch but connection to Bluetooth keeps failing.  This watch is to expensive to have to connect the Bluetooth multiple times a day.  Ugggh...

The watch is very nice and the Bluetooth capabilities were a big draw for me but it leaves a lot to be desired. The app asks for permission to share Bluetooth information even when the app is not running yet the watch loses connection unless the app is running. Even if the app is constantly working in the background, after a few hours it will disconnect anyway. While the app is up and the watch is connected it seems to work fine but something needs to be done about the disconnection issues as well as the ability for the watch to work without the app running. Lots of potential, poor execution.

App connects to watch, but it constantly pushes irrelevant pop-ups, “do you live in USA or Japan?” It will not accept no for an answer. 
App is awkward and not intuitive to use. It’s been on version 1 for five years, and this lack of manufacturer support really shows.

Terrible, terrible 
£400 watch and not a chance to connect to the app. If I could give ‘0’ stars I would. Manual is also very convoluted and over complicated. Maybe Citizen should not do smart watches and leave this topic to other manufacturer? I wanted a watch that looks like a watch but does give me notifications. This one only looks nice but the rest is a complete failure.

レビューに使える様になったのコメントがあったのでネットで型番とトラブルシューティングで説明も以前と違って機種変更した時の対処法が記載されていてそれの通りやっていったら接続出来て復活しました。

凄く気に入って３年前に購入して１年間放置してやっと使えるようになりました。凄い感激です。
ios13.5.1で使用可能です。

電話希望としたら、本日、先ほど電話連絡いただき、操作方法などなど丁寧に説明してくれて、繋がるようになりました！😊
取説には記載されてませんので、何かあれば問い合わせした方が良いかと思います。

時計メーカーならではのデザイン性とeco-driveにて充電不要ながらもBluetooth連動するコンセプトはシチズンさんならではのものと思い先月購入したばかりです。
購入後の評価や実際に接続が安定せず、大変残念に思っていたのですが、先日のバージョンアップにより、大分改善しました。
（iPhoneXS ios13.3.1） 
引き続き、更なる接続の安定性と機能向上（バイ回数指定）に期待しています。
厳しい評価が多いですがこれからも頑張ってください。
期待を込めて★5の評価とさせて頂きました。

This is a “techie”  watch and if someone (me including) isn’t exactly a “techie” person, you may just need to take time and read the manual. I can see where someone may get frustrated, but it’s not necessarily the app that is the problem, it could be you are doing something wrong. It took me some time to get my phone and watch synced, but I just kept looking for answers and they are all there in the Citizen Bluetooth watch instruction manual. Now that it’s connected, I love the features it offers.

It works well considering the technology! I love analog watches and the W770 is pretty much best of (Smart Watch/Analog) both worlds! I wish there was a few more things added in settings such as times of day/days of week Hour Beep, different tone codes such as Continuous Wave (Morse code) singnals, changing the vibrations pattern for different Notifications, etc. Time will tell but for now, I just hope the developers read my review and pick up on some of the things I know many of us out here would like from our very expensive purchase. Definitely not disappointed but there is so much potential not being added, currently.

This looks to be a significant improvement over the W760 movement.   All features in the new app appear to work as designed and the new W770 watch performs as advertised. Since I only just received this new watch the question that remains is how friendly the app is with my iPhone battery life. Bluetooth operation requires the app to be running constantly.

苦戦しましたが、ios13 で接続できました。シチズンに問い合わせると、対応方法を細かく教えてくれます。ただ、アプリを常時立ち上げておかないと、接続解除されるのが難点です。

I just received my Citizen W770 as a gift and all in all the watch works great from the tech standpoint. 

The common complaint I see most people make is the Bluetooth disconnecting randomly, even when in close proximity. I have experienced that a few times so far, but I’d imagine that can either be fixed with an App Update or a firmware update to the watch. My hope is that Citizen sees enough people mentioning the sporadic connectivity issues and works on a fix to improve that. 

Thankfully when it does disconnect it’s a simple task to get it reconnected and doesn’t lead I to a complicated process. Hopefully future updates improve that part, otherwise the app does exactly what it advertises and works well for me.
